Hi! I’m Amy Turk and as an independent college admissions consultant I can be your family’s personal guide through the college admissions process. I love getting to know students and their families and helping each student realize how special they are. I love visiting and researching colleges and using the knowledge to create lists of college options that are unique to each student’s dreams, abilities, and potential. I help students stay organized, manage deadlines, and complete powerful and genuine college applications in a way that makes the process fun and enlightening - not stressful. I also have a special expertise helping student athletes who are hoping to be recruited for college athletics.

I am specifically trained in the field of college admissions consulting and essay coaching. As an MBA, my professional experience includes work in management and strategic consulting and brand management, making me well equipped to help students process an overwhelming amount of information, manage a complex process, and market themselves in their best possible light. My favorite moments with students are seeing them light up about a school that they may have never considered before we met and witnessing them get excited about an essay topic during a brainstorming session that began with the student thinking they had nothing special to say. 

I am a mother of four and have been through the college admissions process three times with my own children. I’ve been there! I get it! From the start of the process until final college decisions are made, I will be there, approachable and accessible every step of the way. The happiness and success of each one of my students is my top priority.
